MDGF Call 2011-002 "Organization responsible for implementing Phase IV of the Educational Communication Strategy Integrated Program on Gender Violence in Colombia, involving the creation, implementation and support of a collective citizen action through media, social, use of new technologies, and other social mobilization activities to verify compliance with social and political pacts against gender-based violence and promote respect and visibility exercises of the rights of women ".
In June 2010 the Integrated Program for Gender Violence hired a design consultant for Educational Communication Strategy Program, consulting collected, analyzed and used the findings of the so-called baseline, as well as other international and national documents regarding the issue of GBV, conducted analysis exercises disclosure of the issue in the media, and conducted a series of interviews with experts in gender issues, human rights and media, and all this led to a framework document for implementing the strategy in question
